Respect for Others
Show respect to all members of Barra 239, fellow Fc Naples supporters, FC Naples fans, staff, and other attendees, whether at the stadium, on buses, at away games, or at any Barra 239 events. This extends to visiting supporters groups, as long as they remain respectful toward Barra 239. -
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Barra 239 does not tolerate any form of discrimination, prejudice, or bigotry. We welcome all individuals who wish to support FC Naples with us, regardless of race, national origin, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or gender. -
Unconditional Support for FC Naples
Barra 239 members are expected to offer their full and unconditional support to FC Naples and contribute to the Naples community. -
Language and Banter
At Barra 239 events, whether at the stadium, on travel buses, or at away games, members may encounter lively language and banter among supporters. However, bigoted language or behavior is strictly unacceptable. -
Prohibition of Violence and Illicit Behavior
Violence, threats, or any form of illegal behavior is prohibited. Any attempt to incite or engage in conflict with others, including fellow Barra 239 members or outside parties, is a violation of this code. Continuous violations may result in ejection from the Supporters’ Section and potential termination of Barra 239 membership.
(b) Barra 239 is not responsible for any legal issues, fines, or consequences arising from individual actions. By being a member, you accept responsibility for your own actions and those of any guests you bring. -
Prohibition of Object Throwing
Throwing objects toward the field or other spectators will not be tolerated under any circumstances, as it endangers the safety of everyone in the stadium (supporters, fans, staff, etc.). -
Support and Respect for Other Groups
Our primary focus is unwavering support for FC Naples. Members should not spread rumors or misinformation about other supporter groups within Fc Naples or opposing teams’ supporters. Any disputes should be handled by the leadership of Barra 239. -
Community and Camaraderie
As Barra 239 members, we foster openness, friendship, and always welcome anyone who wants to join us in supporting FC Naples. -
Social Media Conduct
Barra 239 members are encouraged to use social media responsibly. Online conduct should reflect the values of the group. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior towards fellow supporters, club staff, or other teams' fans online will not be tolerated. Misuse of social media could result in membership termination or other disciplinary action. -
Supporter Representation
As a Barra 239 member, you are an ambassador for our supporters' group and FC Naples. Members should strive to represent the group positively, both at events and in public spaces, upholding the values of unity, respect, and passion for the game. -
Inclusivity and Accessibility
Barra 239 is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all fans. Members are encouraged to support initiatives that make the matchday experience accessible to people with disabilities or those with unique needs. Respect and help fellow members who may need additional assistance in and around the stadium. -
Tailgate and Event Behavior
During Barra 239 tailgates and other group events, members are expected to respect the venue and maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees. This includes cleaning up after oneself and respecting the rules and regulations of the event venue. Excessive intoxication, unruly behavior, or damage to property may lead to removal from the event and potential membership termination. -
Substance Use
While Barra 239 recognizes that alcohol is often part of fan culture, excessive drinking that leads to inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any illegal drug use at games, events, or while traveling with the group is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from Barra 239. -
Conflict Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or conflict within the group or with other supporters, members should seek to resolve issues calmly and respectfully. Disputes should be escalated to group leadership if they cannot be handled internally. Violence or intimidation as a means of resolving conflict is never acceptable.
Barra 239 is dedicated to bringing the passion, energy, and noise in support of FC Naples, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment at all stadiums, parking lots, travel buses, and Barra 239 events.
Members who violate the Barra 239 Code of Conduct, as determined by stadium management, may be removed from events, arrested, or banned from future events. Repeated offenses may lead to a loss of privileges for the entire Supporters' Section and Barra 239.
